Calvin married Helen Votipka about 1937. Helen (daughter of William Votipka and Rose Hromadka) was born on 16 Oct 1914 in Fillmore County, Nebraska; died on 10 Jul 2000 in Battle Ground, Tippecanoe County, Indiana. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]

Married:
Helen and Calvin were married in the First Congregational Church in 1937. They moved to Sioux City, Iowa where they lived for 13 years. They later moved to Fargo, North Dakota where they lived for three years. In 1952 they moved to South Sioux City, Nebraska where they still resided in 1988. Their daughters were competitive figure skaters. (Milligan, p 298).
