An exellent seamstress, she made her own patterns. She sewed for most of the families in the Milligan community. She also crochted, embroidered, and did drawn work. (Milligan, p 243).

Married:
Married by Justice of Peace E.J. Kotas in a double marriage with her sister, Mary. Anna sewed identical wedding dresses. Besides raising their two daughters, they reared one nephew, Robert Kunce and helped two of Anna's widowed sisters, Mary Brejcha and Fannie Kunce, in raising their children. (Milligan, p 243).

Notes:

A mason and brickmaker. He was Catholic and led prayer meetings inthe first Catholic Church. His daughter, Anna, spoke proudly of her father helping to build Milligan. He worked for 25 cents a day. For lunch he had a slice of rye bread he brought from home. (Milligan, p 243).
