His Texss Death certificate, viewable online at www.familysearch.org, Texs Deaths, 1890-1976, showed that he was a son of Harvey Kay Killingsworth and Lovie Marie Abbott. His usual occupation was that of an insurance agent at the H. Abbott Killingsworth Agency. He died from adenocarcinoma of the lung, metastis to brain and bone, of approximateyly 10 months duration. The informant was his wife, Mrs. Ahlene Killingsworth.
