    Her father was the first permanent settler of Baylor County. He was also a founding member of the Texas Cattlemen's Association which met at Graham, Texas in 1877.

    Etta Stevens, of Round Timbers was married Dr. Julian McLamore in 1902 at Round Timbers.

    Survived by her husband; one son - John; one daughter - Valerie.
