Daughter of John Wesley Stevens.

Her father was the first permanent settler of Baylor County. He was also a founding member of the Texas Cattlemen's Association which met at Graham, Texas in 1877.

Etta Stevens, of Round Timbers was married Dr. Julian McLamore in 1902 at Round Timbers.

Survived by her husband; one son - John; one daughter - Valerie.

Etta married Julian T. McLamore, M. D. about 1902 in Round Timber, Baylor County, Texas. Julian (son of John T. McLemore and Nancy A.) was born in Apr 1875 in Timpson, Shelby County, Texas; died on 6 Feb 1933 in Olney, Young County, Texas; was buried in Masonic Cemetery, Seymour, Baylor County, Texas.
