Cecil Kuykendall, 81, of Albion, died December 5, 1993, at Wabash General Hospital in Mount Carmel.

She was born July 19, 1912, in Centerville, the daughter of Charles and Cora Landingham McKay. She married Howard W. Kuykendall February 27, 1931, in Albion. He died in October of 1978.

Mrs. Kuykendall was a homemaker and a licensed ordained minister in Methodist Church in Southern Illinois. She was a member of the Methodist Church in Albion and also was a member of the Edwards County Home Extension.

She is survived by two sons, Gene and Richard Kuykendall; a daughter, Muriel Daniels; a brother Audrey McKay; four sisters, Lula Wheatley, Agnes Hawkins, Zella Woods, and Bessie Gates; eight grandchidlren and eight great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Kuykendall was preceded in death by her parents, husband, two brothers and a sister.

Funeral services were held at Ingram Funeral Home in Albion with burial in the Oak Grove Cemetery in Grayville.
