At the time of the 1860 federal census, Sarah was living with her daughter and son-in-law, Olivia and William Stout, along with her two of her other daughters.

Sally married Richard McLemore on 20 Sep 1815 in Knox County, Tennessee. Richard (son of John McLemore, Revolutionary Soldier and Sarah Carnes) was born about 1784 in North Carolina; died after 1850. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]
