  1. 6.  Otis Edward Fullen was born on 20 Feb 1897 in Bronson, Sabine County, Texas (son of William Ashley Fullen and Minnie Lee Ferguson); died on 13 Dec 1970 in Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas.

    Notes:

It appears he had married a daughter of Richard and Lillie Davis prior to 1920, and been shortly thereafter widowed. At the time of the 1920 census, he was a boarder in their home, listed as son-in-law, and also as widowed. His younger sister, Velma, was also a boarder in that same home. There is a death certificate on file for his first wife, viewable online at FamilySearch.org, Texas Deaths, 1890-1976. She was shown as Mrs. Otis E. Fullen, born Oct. 20, 1898 died October 29, 1918 from bronchopneumonia due to the Influenza epidemic sweeping the world. Her parents were shown as R. D. Davis of Alabama and Miss Fortenberry of Mississippi.
