    Notes:

    FindAGrave shows that she was married first to John Robert Marshall, who also has a memorial on that website. He was said to have arrived in Newton County in 1847, and served as County Commissioner, and been active at the Union Baptist Church in Stringtown, Newton County.

    Morning married Edward Smith about 1901. Edward (son of Rev. William Smith and Nancy Huse) was born on 6 Feb 1830 in Mississippi; died on 1 Aug 1912 in Newton County, Texas; was buried in Mill Creek Cemetery, Sabine County, Texas. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]
