    Revolutionary War Soldier, captured by General Howe 16 Nov 1776, exchanged in Jan 1777. Anton then reenlisted & was with Gen. Washington until the surrender at Yorktown. The only one of his father's children born in the "new world." Attended the First Lutheran Church, Carlisle, PA. Will dated 20 Jan 1827, probated 14 July 1827, Codorus Twp.; wife Catharine, children, George, Philip, Catharina, John , Poly wife of Lorance Cramer, Eve wife of Henry Cramer, Anna wife of David Wonderlich. "On August 29, 1854, Henry Cramer, a Justice of the Peace in York County, duly sworn, states the Catharine Lehman, a Pensioner of the United States, died July 24, 1854, and left the following children:" John, Philip, and George Lehman, Polly intermarried with Lawrence Cramer, Nancy intermarried with Daniel Wonderlich, and Catharine Lehman. [ a spinster sister of Mary Lehman Cramer]
